Location, location, location.
Once the requirements are in place, NRE will work with you to find the best location available in your market to build your facility. With competition for the healthcare dollar getting tougher every day, facilities having the best locations to meet current and future patient needs will earn the greatest market share and value.
At NRE, we’ll provide an in-depth feasibility study of sites available in your area to accommodate your dream facility. Included in this study will be a complete analysis of each targeted site including size, zoning requirements, location, access opportunities and pricing.
NRE may also recommend site locations larger than the footprint needed for your facility, with detailed strategies on how to further develop the site. Once potential site selections are agreed to by the team, NRE will handle all negotiations and details for site acquisition.

At the lead will be an NRE Technical Director and a Project Director assigned to your project, as we manage all aspects of the development of medical facilities from inception through completion. These points of contact are devoted to keeping you and the rest of the development team informed and working together every step of the way. As part of this effort, a detailed project development plan is provided to all project participants outlining key decision dates, responsibilities, timetables and other scheduling information.

Managing the process.
Any significant development project will require working through the red tape of local and state regulatory approval processes. NRE’s experience and resources allow us to identify potential hurdles upfront to streamline the processes for zoning, platting and site plan approval; as well as land use approval and building permits. We represent the development team at all Zoning and Planning Commission meetings, as well as the required meetings with municipal or other governmental Boards. Once all approvals are secured, we work directly with the general contractor to make sure all construction deadlines are met on-time and on-budget.

Financing the project.
Several options for project financing are available through NRE’s financial resources, including coordinating development and permanent funding from local lenders as well as nationally recognized and respected commercial credit and equity sources.
